Delete your TeachAI account

You can permanently delete your TeachAI account and the data linked to it at any time.

Review statusDraft for owner review

Delete it in the app

Sign in at ed.teachai.io or in the TeachAI app.
Open Profile, then Security and account.
Select Delete account permanently and confirm.

If you cannot sign in

Email trust@teachai.io from the address you used for TeachAI, with the subject “Delete my TeachAI account”. We may ask you to confirm that you own the account, then delete it and reply when it is done.

What is deleted

Any Basic, Plus or Pro subscription is cancelled first, so you are not charged again.
Your generation jobs, resources and stored generated files.
Your study profile, token wallet, referral code, quota records, verification-email records and account-email delivery records.
Your saved note highlights.
Your teacher profile, owned classes and invitation links, and student connections. Closing a teacher account disconnects its students without deleting their own study plans.
Your study plan, private calendar link and weekly-summary records.
Your centre-code records.
Your Firebase sign-in identity.

Stripe keeps the payment records it is required to keep by law. Limited security records or encrypted backups may remain briefly before they are deleted or de-identified. Settings stored only on your device stay there until you clear the app’s or site’s data.
